Would you like to work with optimization and collaboration to ensure a high level of quality in the supply chain process? Do you enjoy working in a manufacturing environment planning logistics systems and processes? If so, then you could be our new Production Planner!
The position
The Production Planner for Test Item Planning is responsible for stock overview, order handling, batch allocation, shipment of test materials between [xxxxx] production sites and to external vendors, ensuring high level of quality in the supply chain processes.
Your main tasks will be:
  • Keep track of Test Item stock at batch level and escalate potential stock-outs.
  • Order handling (In and outside SAP) and batch allocation in coordination with relevant warehouse responsible.
  • Master data creation and maintenance, DV responsible, and optimisation of logistic flows and processes in PS (provide continuous improvements optimising processes to reduce cost and increase delivery robustness).
  • Shipment of test materials between PS sites and to external vendors until it reaches its destination (both supply and return flows).
  • Drive own or participate as a resource in test item related projects (can both be internal in IFP BS, cross-functional in IFP or cross-organisational in PS).
  • The position requires ability to coordinate and keep track of many tasks as the same time as well. Ability to act calmly in stressed situations, while at the same having the ability to listen and find effective solutions together with stakeholders. Planning experience is a plus but not a requirement. Creativity and innovation to develop and improve processes and services to be able to deliver the objectives for the area of responsibility. Experience within Change Management and people motivational skills is a benefit.
    Qualifications
    Your experiences include:
  • Bachelor/master’s in engineering, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Newly educated or 1- 2y of production or purchase planner experience.
  • Experience with planning systems (E.g. SAP, OMP or alike).
  • Experience with production and purchase order handling.
  • Experience and understanding of creating and maintaining MD related to the materials handling process.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with the logistical setup in a manufacturing company, both in relations within the manufacturing site and external dependencies of flow and data.
  • GMP experience.
  • LEAN experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
  • As a professional and a person, you have a quality mind-set, integrity, strong analytical skills and communication skills. You are able, to work cross-functionally and internationally, both independently and in a team, with high degree of proactivity needed to support main stakeholders. You have facilitation and coaching skills to ensure that new ways of working are implemented, and you are committed and involved, as inspiration for colleagues. About the department
    The Intralogistics & Test Material Management is a department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) to ensure Test Materials for future lines and projects. From August the Test Material Management (TMM) department will move to the Fill Finished Expansion area (FFEX) who is the main supplier and consumer of Test Materials with the mandate to ensure supply gaps are closed and expect benefits of being integrated with the expansion program.
