The position In this role, you will bring your knowledge and skills to make a positive impact from the offset, with your responsibilities including: Warehouse strategy development and vendor management.
Project Management for operational tasks and driving warehouse expansion, including tenders, stakeholder management and vendor responsibility
Analytical input for financial planning and budgeting.
Data driven improvements across our global footprint

To succeed in this position, the ideal person will have: Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or hands on experience in a Logistics Management role.
Previous work experience with warehouse processes in regulated environments with ownership of vendor/supplier responsibility.
Project Management skills, ideally with an understanding of LEAN principles.
Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Good leadership and communication skills are attributes that we value greatly and will be needed when dealing with stakeholders on a global level. About the department You will join a team of 6 logistics managers, working tightly together to ensure streamlined processes and professional deliveries through our Warehouse Centre of Excellence. The department plays a pivotal role that spans across SVP areas, regional offices, and production sites globally, significantly influencing Novo Nordisk's capacity to deliver to various markets.
