is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Supply Planning to oversee the supply chain activities for our oral product portfolio. In this leadership role, you will be responsi-ble for ensuring an efficient and streamlined supply planning process, effectively managing re-sources to meet production and distribution targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support our commitment to delivering quality prod-ucts to patients worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Lead the supply planning function for ’s oral product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that optimize inventory manage-ment, production scheduling, and distribution processes. Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, quality, regulatory) and external partners to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to proactively manage supply risks and op-portunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning processes to en-hance operational performance. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply planning team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards within supply planning oper-ations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or re-lated field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (5-7 years) in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven deci-sion-making. Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards applicable to pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
