Support the supply chain & commercial areas of LEO Pharma with monthly activities related to forecast review, reporting and performance management.

Support the Supply Integrity area of the LEO Pharma supply chain and commercial organisation with monthly activities related to forecast review, reporting and performance management. A few examples of the tasks expected from you are:
The position is ideal for students who would like to gain experience and sharpen business and analytical skills as part of an international organisation working across our European markets.
We offer a flexible working week of approx. 15-20 hours. There are monthly deadlines and busy periods otherwise, you will be able to plan your working hours according to your own schedule. We will be flexible during exam periods and semester breaks
We expect you start by August 2020.

The job
Support the Supply Integrity area of the LEO Pharma supply chain and commercial organisation with monthly activities related to forecast review, reporting and performance management. A few examples of the tasks expected from you are:
- Administering the monthly data collection process
- Generating and analysing monthly forecast, and if necessary, challenging the markets’ forecast
- Ensuring timely information and communication to 3PLs and the markets.
- Support the Supply Integrity manager on data related ad-hocs

Your qualifications
- You have supply chain, engineering or data science background preferably with at least more than a year left in your study.
- You have experience or familiarity working with Phyton to generate monthly forecast and be able to tweak the forecast engine, if needed.
- You have excellent Excel knowledge and comfortable working with huge datasets from different data sources.
- You like to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- You have good English skills both written and spoken, as you will have international stakeholders
- As a person you are a fast learner, energetic and you work independently with a positive and open mind towards new challenges
- It is important that you are very detail-oriented, structured and the most important, enjoy working with numbers.
