As our new student assistant, you will be supporting the Mobility Team responsible for the management of global mobility cases and offering mobility advisory services. The team anchors all processes related to the relocation of employees in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, securing a smooth process and transition for the individual employee and accompanying family.
As student assistant in the Mobility Team, you will be supporting our two mobility con-sultants with numerous tasks related to relocation of international employees.
Together with the mobility consultants, you will assist with:
You will have the opportunity to work independently and anchor internal processes se-curing a smooth onboarding of our international employees. You will have a close con-tact to finance, payroll, HR Operations team and external suppliers, as well as hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
You are also expected to participate in various projects.

Your responsibilities
As student assistant in the Mobility Team, you will be supporting our two mobility con-sultants with numerous tasks related to relocation of international employees.
Together with the mobility consultants, you will assist with:
- Work permit / EU registrations
- Applications for tax and pension schemes
- Creation of purchase order numbers to secure payment of invoices
- Cross charge of costs to relevant affiliates
- Handling of temporary housing leases
- Monitoring our shared mobility mailbox
You will have the opportunity to work independently and anchor internal processes se-curing a smooth onboarding of our international employees. You will have a close con-tact to finance, payroll, HR Operations team and external suppliers, as well as hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
You are also expected to participate in various projects.
Your qualifications
In general you thrive in a dynamic and international environment with many different and ongoing tasks, and you adapt easily to new challenges. You are problem-solving and meet agreed deadlines with high quality. In addition, we expect that you:
- will be starting your MSc. in the autumn of 2019
- are fluent in Danish and English (written and oral)
- are detail-oriented, structured and have strong communication skills
- like to work with numbers
- have an intercultural mind-set
- experienced in using the Microsoft Office package
