Utilise all of your skills in a job with great opportunities

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by our network of external Contract Manufacturers (CMO) are in compliance with counterfeit prevention requirements from authorities around the world? Do you have experience within supply chain, manufacturing or IT, and are you looking for a job where you can bring all your skills into play and at the same time have a steep learning curve? Then this is your chance.

You will be a part of a LEO Pharma’s Global Supply Chain organisation and work closely with functional units from the entire value chain. Your tasks will span from strategic decision making to leading and handling initiatives at tactical and operational levels.

Ensure compliant supply from LEO Pharma CMOs

Authorities around the world are constantly introducing measures to prevent counterfeiting of pharmaceutical products – widely known as serialisation requirements. This includes application of unique IDs at each sellable unit, ongoing exchange of data with authorities, reporting as products move through the supply chain towards patients etc. Requirements vary from market to market and are constantly changing.

Your most prominent objective is to uphold LEO Pharma’s license to operate by leading implementation of new requirements, to ensure a robust operating model and by providing guidance and support to our CMOs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute business processes related to serialisation
  • Lead implementation of new requirements / onboard new markets
  • Investigate issues (deviations) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to further develop and sustain the operating model. This includes Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Corrective/ Preventive Actions etc.
  • Participate in business improvement projects
  • Development of reporting metrics and KPIs

You can look forward to collaborating with multiple external partners and stakeholders across the entire supply chain, including functions as Global IT, Global Quality etc. We also work in close collaboration with LEO Pharma owned manufacturing sites, affiliates and commercial partners, and you will join the global serialisation community.

Experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing or IT, and preferably GMP

You probably have a background within Supply Chain, Manufacturing or IT. Most importantly, you are curious, energetic, a fast learner, a dedicated team player and you are ready to expand your competencies to take the next step in your career. In addition to this you:

  • Thrive in a job where tasks and plans are changing, and you are able to navigate in many and sometimes overlapping priorities
  • Enjoy handling complex and multifaceted challenges, and take responsibility for prioritising and organising your own tasks
  • Hold strong communication skills
  • Have experience with working in projects and preferably within GMP process validation
  • Ideally have experience within serialisation/aggregation, SAP ATTP and SAP ECC

Being part of an organisation in transformation also calls for your ability to keep up the good spirit when things do not turn out as foreseen.

Your new team

You will join the Global Serialisation Team which is anchored in the Global Supply Chain Organisation. The team consists of highly skilled specialists, and it is anchored at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.

The team is involved in and leading many and different business critical initiatives in the entire supply chain – and we are responsible for maintenance and development of global processes.

You will be part of a dedicated and strong community where we work in an open atmosphere of trust, helpfulness and fun.

We look forward to receiving your application. For questions related to this position, please reach out to Hans Hauberg via mail: [email protected].
