You will be working in a team consisting of 5 dedicated employees. The members of the team are all specialists within their areas. The team works in a flexible, co-operative and fluid manner with tasks and goals being shared and collaboration being key. While the primary focus for this role is transfer pricing, you will play an important role in the broader activity in the Global Tax department and enjoy exposure to interesting projects.
You will be responsible for the following:
Depending on the task at hand you will work closely together with tax colleagues and colleagues from the business. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and will be reporting to the Head of Global Tax.

Responsibility & Contribution
You will be responsible for the following:
- Transfer pricing policy, including development, implementation and maintenance of the policy globally
- Transfer pricing computations and adjustments, including controlling of intercompany transactions
- Country-by-Country reporting
- Intercompany agreements
- Support line of business in acquisitions, restructuring and divestment projects
- Prepare and update transfer pricing documentation for the Principals and master files and review local files for all entities in the group
- Review benchmark studies prepared by external advisors
- Manage transfer pricing audits globally in corporation with external advisors and/or finance colleagues
- Keeping up to date with Transfer Pricing related developments in legislation, case law and local practice
- Ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing rules

Qualifications
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager who enjoys working with external and internal stakeholders in a solution oriented way. The ideal candidate has the following skills:
- You can challenge our existing processes and optimize them further. The ideal candidate also has an interest for the various technical solutions.
- A keen interest in understanding the business and business flows
- Structured and analytical
- Strong communication skills (English and Danish) and ability to build strong relationships
- Experienced user of Excel
- You have a relevant academic degree in law, finance or accounting combined with minimum 5 years of working experience within transfer pricing.
