As part of Integrated IT (IIT) at Carlsberg, you will manage all Integrated Information Technology-related tasks regarding the implementation of the OnePlan program that will transform the supply chain planning capability of the organization. You will manage the integration of the OnePlan solution into the different markets and ERP solutions globally.

You will be offered a central and influential role as a core member of the Data and Business Foundation Leadership team. In addition, you will be offered opportunities to develop further within the IT organization and across to the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

what you’ll be doing

You will be in charge of the OnePlan program from an IIT perspective including the responsibility of running and managing all IIT aspects of the program. It is your overall responsibility to lead the IT-related execution of OnePlan and build and lead the right IT/support team to create and operate OnePlan globally.

As the OnePlan program will have a great impact on the supply chain in general, you will as the Director focus on supply chain processes among other things. Additional tasks involve:

• Leading the IT part of the OnePlan program
• Supporting the business design and leading the IT-relevant design decisions
• Supporting the team with knowledge to create the optimal OnePlan system globally
• Building the relevant IT capabilities so that the rollout to markets can be led by Carlsberg after initial pilot rollouts

Once OnePlan is launched, there will be ongoing updates, improvements, etc., for which you will be responsible.

You will have direct reference to the Vice President of Data & Business Foundation who reports to the CIO. You will be working closely together with external experts and peers from other countries on creating the best system while collaborating with the Business Program Manager, who is responsible for the program-related tasks.

You will have the management responsibility of two people; IT OnePlan Project Manager and IT Business Process Manager for Supply Chain Planning.

You will be based at the Central Office in Copenhagen, but you will be expected to travel to Malaysia in connection with the first rollout of the OnePlan program in the beginning of 2023.

who we’re looking for

As the right candidate for this position, you have solid experience with ERP integration and implementation, preferably with SAP/MS Dynamics. Furthermore, you possess leadership skills when leading teams of internal and external resources.

You have significant experience with supply chains in various industries, including FMCG, and possess great knowledge of the core supply chain management processes and integrated business planning. Furthermore you have:

• A relevant university degree within the area of either supply chain, business or computer science
• Experience with working in an international organization with project/program management
• Experience with and an understanding of commercial planning/processes
• A fluent level in English, both written and spoken.

As a person, you are first and foremost independent and able to make changes through an analytical approach, and you are able to take ownership on projects. Furthermore, you are able to identify issues and carry out the next relevant steps to move forward and secure progress. Last, but not least; you are extroverted and passionate about your work, and you possess great communication and management skills.
