About the department
Biopharm Logistics is situated in Gentofte and is responsible for planning, creating supply chain analysis and measuring supply chain activities for all Biopharm products.
The department’s primary goals are as a strong, stable, ambitious and efficient supply chain organisation to ensure timely deliveries to our customers and to make management recommendations ensuring the right tactical decisions in regard to capacity. In the Logistics department we are 21 highly engaged and ambitious employees divided in a packaging team, an API & Fill team and a group of specialists. We look for a supply chain planner for the API & Fill team.
The Job
In the job as Supply Chain Planner you will secure stable production through efficient planning for existing and the new products. You will be leading the work in developing production plans and analyses to ensure products to our customers. This will be done in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within the biopharmaceutical business in Novo Nordisk.
You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the supply chain by clearly communicating your plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are expected to be proactive and involve relevant stakeholders in case of constraints.
For the right candidate this position is a great opportunity to become part of a highly dynamic planning team and get a steep learning curve into the production set-up and product portfolio.
Qualifications
You hold a M.Sc. within Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educational background as well as supply planning experience in a similar job preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving and you can communicate to stakeholders in a clear manner. You are a skilled Excel user. Experience with SAP ECC/APO and BW will be considered an advantage.
It is important that you thrive in a dynamic working environment. Furthermore, it is a must that you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues and stakeholders.
Professional level in written and spoken English is a must.
