The Position As the Associate Manager of our Planning and Capacity team anchored in Business Support, you will lead a team of highly skilled Supply Chain Specialists and Production Planners, who ensure timely planning and coordination of the production units and supplying areas in Gentofte, as well as delivering reports on forecasts and capacity. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing a standardized strategy for continuously improving the quality of planning and coordination at our production site.
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in departments, ensuring a high level of support.
• Coaching your team to develop new solutions to enhance performance.
• Supporting the site’s efforts to optimize product flow and plan adherence, and improve release flow.
• Maintaining a high level of drive and commitment so that your team performs well together and delivers the best possible support to the production.
• Providing visible leadership, sparring, and coaching.
• Creating a culture where everyone feels united and is ready to challenge methods, systems, and processes and continuously make them better, smarter, and faster. In this complex managerial role with numerous stakeholders, it's crucial to grasp the intricacies and ensure the team's independence. As a leader, you'll need a strategic approach and an analytical mindset to achieve these goals. Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. To succeed in this position, you: - Preferably hold a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Business, or a similar field.
- Have 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably within supply chain or production.
- Have experience with production processes, competence development, and driving projects in a large organization.
- Possess an analytical mindset and an innate talent for developing both people and processes, all the while managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably speak Danish. On a personal level, you have a leadership style based on trust and mutual respect and value a fun and inclusive working environment. The Department You will be a part of our Business Support department and report to the Director of the area. Business Support is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic production in Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Warehouse Operations, and Training & Onboarding. In the department, we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward. Aseptic Production Site Gentofte is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 650 colleagues responsible for the aseptic production where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
