About the department

Biopharm Logistics is situated in Gentofte and consists of 22 highly engaged and ambitious employees divided in a Packaging team, an API & Fill team and a group of specialists. We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join the Packaging team.

The department is responsible for production planning, creating supply chain analysis and measuring supply chain activities for all Biopharm products. The department’s primary goal is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers and to make management recommendations ensuring the right strategic decisions in regard to capacity.

The Job

In the job as Supply Chain Planner you will secure stable production through efficient planning for existing and new products. You will become responsible for planning products within our Hormone Replacement Theraphy portfolio and will be leading the development of production plans to ensure products to our customers. This will be done in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders i.e. within the biopharmaceutical business area, the central supply chain organisation, purchasing and Novo Nordisk affiliates.

You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the supply chain by clearly communicating your plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are expected to be proactive, being able to deliver clear prioritisations and involve relevant stakeholders in case of constraints. In order to build a strong stakeholder relationship to our production and ensuring an in-depth understanding of our facility you will be located at our production site in Måløv approximately two days a week.

For the right candidate this position is a great opportunity to become part of a highly dynamic planning team and get a steep learning curve into the production set-up and product portfolio.

This is a 2-year temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Qualifications

You hold a M.Sc. within Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educational background as well as supply planning experience in a similar job preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with SAP APO and ECC will be considered an advantage.

Equally important are your interpersonal skills where you are customer orientated and possess the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within the organisation and across cultures. You are able to work independently, take responsibility, you have a can-do attitude, and you communicate key messages concisely and convincingly.

Professional level in written and spoken English and Danish is a must.
