We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead 5 direct reports embracing more than 25 skilled colleagues in planning, procurement, and shipping. You will become a part of an international organisation, where you will communicate and cooperate with colleagues at other plants in Europe.
With reference to the plant director, you will be closely connected to the production in Asnæs, the only factory manufacturing middle voltage cables in Denmark. You will become an important part in securing and strengthening the supply chain.

Your responsibilities and tasks
Based at our site in Asnæs, your responsibilities and tasks will be to:
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of raw materials, finished goods to customers, trading goods and other supplies
- Oversee inventory management, vendor/supplier management, and inbound/outbound logistics
- Run local S&OP process, making sure we fulfil required service levels and manage agreed levels on inventory
- Follow group Supply Chain guidelines
- Ensure safe way of working as part of the Plant Asnæs Management Team and particularly within Warehousing and Drum Production
- Enforcing of Quality Standards in all processes
- Support Customer Service with a reliable order confirmation process
- Continuously seek to improve Plan Adherence, OTIF, Lead Time reduction, and supply chain cost
- Lead and manage employees, including competence development and training of new employees
Solid supply chain and management skills
We are looking for a profile that has a solid experience from working with the different aspects of supply chain. Furthermore, it is expected that you have strong management skills and a keen interest in continuous improvements. It is also important that you function well in an international matrix organisation and that you are experienced and skilled in stakeholder management.
Additionally, you have:
- Solid ERP experience and skills – preferably SAP experience
- Good English language skills. It will an extra plus if you are also fluent in Danish
- Can establish good interpersonal relations
- Experience in motivating and developing employees
