Then you might be the new Associate Manager we are looking for. The Position
You play a key role in the department and at the site, where your team is responsible for Material Handling Support, a team with 11 employees. We are significantly expanding our warehouse and Material handling facility while running daily business in existing facilities. The daily business runs on highly automated systems and with high bay storage where your team is responsible for compliance and validation. You will support these tasks and need to prioritize resources and competences. It is important that we have our agenda on Modern Technology and warehouse 4.0 in mind to be ready for the future. Hence continuous optimization and finetuning of existing processes is essential for this job. Your main tasks will be to: Maintain a high level of drive and commitment so that your team performs well together and delivers deliver the best possible support to the production. Provide visible leadership, sparring and coaching. Evaluate performance and set the direction for the team. Create a culture where everyone feels united and is ready to challenge methods, systems and processes and continuously make them better, smarter, and faster. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Educational background within science, engineering, or economics. Min.3 years of experience as people leader, or experience as a project manager/specialist from either production or support in Novo Nordisk. Knowledge about GxP regulated production (an advantage). Fluent communication skills in English & motivation to learn Danish. The job as team leader requires equal focus on professional competencies and management, including fast decision making. Furthermore, the job requires a high level of structure and systematics to have an ongoing overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Thus, knowledge about cLEAN® will be an advantage. It is crucial that you can motivate and engage your employees, preferably through your own strong commitment. You have calmness and control which cause your many stakeholders to perceive you as being professional and trustworthy, and that the employees want to follow you.
The department Site Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area in Diabetes Finished Products with 800+ employees. You will be a part of Business Support. The department consists of approximately 200 dedicated employees in 4 departments with responsibility for Site strategy, cLEAN®, Supply Chain, Warehouse, finance & Material handling.
