As a Master Data Steward, you will focus on the understanding of business problems, supporting business development and projects at FPM Kalundborg (KA). As part of the role you will ensure data flow from SAP ECC and S4 HANA to warehouse and production is in place and oversee that systems are aligned and functioning optimally.
You will be creating and maintaining local formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training materials within SAP ECC and S4 HANA. Furthermore, focus will be on determining impact of local and/or global changes, while ensuring global data consistence and conformance to SOPs. Your main tasks will be: Execute key data maintenance and data design for Master Data in SAP ECC, S4 HANA and associated systems. Troubleshoot SAP ECC and S4 HANA execution problems (which may include logging formal IT incidents), identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Ensure alignment between SAP-ECC and S4 HANA. Build governance to ensure fast and efficient problem solving. Define Business Process and Workflow requirements. You will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, working efficiently under pressure. You will collaborate with other teams, communicate updates, and manage competing priorities to ensure data accuracy. Your ability to work collaboratively with others will be critical to your success. We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 3+ years of experience within the production or manufacturing industry; experience from pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries is considered advantageous Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 HANA Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Production knowledge Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, while knowledge of Danish is an added advantage since SOPs are written in Danish You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with the ability to focus on specific tasks. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Finished Product Manufacturing team in Kalundborg is responsible for assembling and packing products on fully automated production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity. As a member of the FPM DK-1 Supply Chain Operations department, you will collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality medications to patients worldwide. Our team comprises 9 highly motivated professionals, including Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator, MD responsible, and Supply Chain Analysts, who are dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We are committed to continuous improvement and work closely with stakeholders from within the Supply Chain organization, production, and global manufacturing facilities.
