The PositionAs Operations Supporter in Warehouse, your primary tasks will be to support the daily operations in the warehouse, where you will be part of a dynamic workday that will also consist of problem solving, handling deviations, updating documents, and future-proofing the flow. You have the ability to learn new skills to ensure a stable production with quality in focus. Your tasks will include:
  • Contributing to daily operations

  • Updating Standard Operating Procedure(s) (SOPs) and job instructions

  • Handling deviations and preparing and participating in audits

  • Making optimizations and collaborating closely with stakeholders

  • Maintaining a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) mindset

    • In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a dynamic workday. You must be adaptable and ready to reprioritize tasks as everyday life as a supporter is never the same. Your main focus will be on ensuring stable production with a quality focus. QualificationsTo be successful in the role, we imagine you have:
  • An academic degree in manufacturing, pharma or other relevant education.

  • Relevant work experience as a supporter in production QC or Warehouse.

  • Knowledge or experience from operations and development within warehouse, QC, production, supply chain, or other relevant functional areas.

  • GMP expertise as a requirement.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.

    • On a personal level, you take responsibility of quality in all your work. You thrive on working with processes, deviations, problem solving, data in Excel and validations/qualifications. You have a strong quality and compliance mindset and like to be at the forefront of new improvements. As a person, you are structured, service-minded and committed to your work while being able to complete tasks before deadline. About the departmentYou will join the Oral Finished Products (OFP) Warehouse in Måløv, which is rapidly developing to meet increasing demand. Here you will join our Operations Support team, which is a small team of 7 dedicated employees, consisting of both new and experienced colleagues. We support operations in 2 different areas of the Warehouse, in close collaboration with colleagues, sister support teams, production, business support, technical support, Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
