Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with your colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. This is with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated services to our internationally orientated business. We work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. Further, you will work closely with third party logistics suppliers and you will use your knowledge and experience when working with multiple cultures, currencies and market practices. In the Logistics, Bulk and Direct Deliveries team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. logistics, data collection, supply management etc. into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Assist in bulk and Direct deliveries logistics tasks
- Assist in bulk and Direct deliveries Customer services tasks, including invoicing
- Support the Bulk process; Assist in answering requests, planning, printing bulk slips every other Monday, invoicing
- Support the Direct deliveries process; enter orders into SAP, follow up on status, invoicing, claims
- Registering status and progress in various Excel files
- Maintaining the KPIs for Bulk and Direct deliveries
