The position
As a Training Supporter your main responsibility will be to support managers in the area with ensuring the most optimal training set up within their respective area. You will:
• Ensure the most optimal and easy-to-use training set up for the area
• Design simple, engaging, and efficient training
• Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances performance
• Support with development of new and existing training content and identification and implementation of training improvements projects
• Act as sparring partner for management, supporter, to ensure necessary and sufficient training related actions are prioritized, to be able to reach strategic targets.
• Ensure collaboration and standardization of training across ET
Qualifications We expect you to have: • An academic or technical degree in natural science, marine engineering or similar.
• Preferable you have experience as process supporter or training professional.
• You are fluent in Danish both written and spoken.
• You are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. As a person you are open minded with high level of energy, an outgoing attitude and have very strong communication and collaboration skills with both your colleagues at all levels in the Manufacturing organization. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and respect among colleagues. Your energy and positive attitude are essentials in a production where working hours in periods can change and the pace is high.
About the department
In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we challenge ourselves with ambitious goals. An ambitious goal that has been achieved is that one of our products has gained approval in several markets worldwide. With this ground-breaking tablet, Rybelsus®, we are extremely proud that we finally offer patients with type 2 diabetes an alternative to the injectable preparations.
