The position will be held in Ørestad, Denmark. We encourage you to apply! The Position As S&OP director you will be responsible for driving our regional S&OP process as well as managing a team being responsible for regional demand planning and inventory management for the three respective therapy areas Rare Diseases, Diabetes, and Obesity. The position requires a strong business partnering mindset and close collaboration with global and regional functions as well as local affiliates. Your key responsibilities will include: repare and drive monthly regional S&OP meetings and ensure timely cascading to affiliate S&OP meetings; ensure adherence to the Global Sales & Operations Execution process and escalation of relevant supply constraints in close collaboration with global functions; ensure ongoing inventory review across the region, balance demand and supply, and support the team with case handling. Moreover you will: Mature and ensure continuous development of the regional S&OP process including use of scenario planning and alignment to financial planning in close collaboration with the Sr. S&OP Managers In close collaboration with the Sr. SC Development Manager ensure offshoring of relevant transactional tasks to Novo Nordisk’s global support function Drive regional Supply Chain Performance Management and continuous process improvement with focus on process automation Ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders on Supply Chain related issues and resolution Manage and support the team with focus on motivation, work life balance as well as clear roles and responsibilities Qualifications If you possess solid analytical skills, are strong in stakeholder management, and have experience in Sales & Operation Planning, you might be the person we are looking for. In addition, you also: Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management or related education and have experience working within an international organization. Have +10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management including managerial experience and experience in demand planning, inventory management and Sales & Operation Planning and Execution Have a good commercial understanding and ability to navigate in complex environment and recommend feasible solutions Have strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and meeting facilitation skills Are fluent in English at business level in both written and spoken form About the Department The NWE regional Supply Chain is anchored in our commercial organisation and covers functions within trade, demand and order fulfilment as well as supply chain services for multiple countries across the region.
