Sales SBU NCE NCE North Supply Chain
Supply Chain Operations NCE is the interface from our service business with five employees located in Denmark and the UK. You will be part of a great organisation and a very committed team that is working hard to support and create efficient solutions to our supply chain business.
Responsibilities
As Senior Coordinator, this position requires a person who has the ability to dive into issues and seek information to get them solved and keep track on open pending issues. You will be involved in many areas of the business and therefore being able to make good relations is crucial.

Additional information

- Ensure customer satisfaction and accommodate the different needs coming from our service business
- Support and optimise the close collaboration with our internal customers
- Participate in improvement projects
- Analysing and monitoring of performance
- Claim handling
- Supporting internal warehouse deliveries
Qualifications
- A background in the supply chain, logistics or export with solid customer management experience
- Good communication skills, and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
- 2 years of work experience
- Experienced with KPI's, MS Office & SAP
Competencies
- Strong ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work towards a solution
- An analytical approach and great planning skills
- Ability to take drive activities and support projects as well as coordinate and follow up
- Team-oriented person by heart, always ready to step in whenever it is needed
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross‐functional and team environment
- Strong ability to deal with high stress situations calmly and effectively
