As a Supply Chain and Capacity Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring stable production. You will engage in cross-functional dialogues with the production, support, and project departments, as well as our team leaders in, and around, the production.
Your primary tasks will be: Development of capacity planning in collaboration with other teams within operational planning, commercial and market demands. Development and optimisation of tools and processes used in visualising our data to ensure leaders understand and know exactly what they agree to produce. Prepare the organisation for future 24/7 production by developing structure and flow in process and communication that supports this. Visualising data in board, models and other systems. Report to stakeholders the numbers and data needed. Qualifications
To be successful in the job, you might have: An academic degree in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics or related field that align with the requirements. Experience in a similar position, preferably within larger industrial companies is advantageous. Experience/ comfortable working with data/ finance/ computers/ modelling. Some experience with Microsoft and Excel and preferably exposure to SAP, PAS-X, Tableau, Power BI and STYX – SAP. Interest in operational optimisation, project production and passion for creating an efficient workflow. As an individual you are naturally demonstrate drive and commitment, with a strong focus on maintaining the most optimal processes. You are team player, who wishes to contribute, and adept at identifying constraints and opportunities for improvement and be able to execute on them effectively. You have a commitment to clear and distinct communication at all organisational levels as you will act as a link between various internal stakeholders and translate data into a simple common language for everyone to understand. Additionally, you have a structured approach to work, who exhibits strong coordination, analytical thinking, and a sense of responsibility, while also possessing the courage to challenge for the best capacity and processes. Business Support FP is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products, that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 500 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our Business Support Department supports the production areas with Portfolio and Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, Business Intelligence and Warehousing and we therefore have a large number of stakeholders and responsibilities spread wide in the organization.
