The position
As Production Planner, you will be welcomed into capacity and planning and will support with planning the production based on the global demand and contribute to the optimisation of the production planning and supply chain. Through close collaboration with production management and stakeholders, you will drive plans related to capacity and forecasting and oversee and manage complex procedures and processes.
Your primary tasks include: Daily planning of the production: keep an eye on the necessary components and other resources being available and adjust the schedule accordingly. Follow up on logistics demand for our products. Coordination of production planning meetings with team leaders in departments. Identify and coordinate optimisation projects. Support the team during the budget process.
Qualifications:
Your experiences include: An academic degree i.e. Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineer, Pharmacy or similar education. 1+ years of experience within production planning. Experience within pharma or GXP is advantageous. Experience/ a flair for IT systems e.g. using SAP, Excel, PASX. Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience. Full proficiency in Danish and English.

About the department
You will be a part of our Business Support department and report to the Director of the area. Business Support is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic production in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte, where we produce pharmaceuticals for haemophilia, growth hormone disorders diabetes and obesity.
The teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence and Training, Capacity and Planning.
In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
