At The ORIS Dentists, we place professionalism at the forefront. This manifests, among other ways, through ERFA groups, where people from the different clinics meet and exchange experiences and learn from each other. Your working day in Nakskov will be marked by close interdisciplinary co-operation in an informal and energetic environment. At the clinic in Nakskov, we have six treatment rooms and our team consists or 2 dentists, 2 dental technicians, 5 clinic assistants and 1 clinic co-ordinator.

About the town of Nakskov

Nakskov is a town with a population of 12,000 and has an active business community. The town is situated as end of Nakskov Fjord, and hence is surrounded by an attractive natural environment. There are good houses here, as well as good schools and a highly successful business community, in other words everything one needs to have a good life. We also work with Business Lolland-Falster, which offers assistance to an accompanying partner/spouse.

What do we expect of you?

• That you have a high level of professionalism and are uncompromising when it comes to quality
• That you place an emphasis on your patients receiving a professional and reassuring experience in the clinic
• That you have a focus on the fellowship and contribute to a good working environment
• That you either speak fluent English or a Scandinavian language and have an interest in learning the Danish language.

We wish to fill the position as soon as possible, however we will wait until we find the right dentist. The introductory interviews will take place via Skype and the final interview will be in Denmark.

About The ORIS Dentists

The ORIS chain is a nation-wide chain with 11 clinics, which all work towards the same goal, namely to ensure Danes the absolute best dental care and to ensure the highest satisfaction among the patients. In other words, we place the emphasis on the patient and with us it is a 'must' that the trust between the patient and care-giver be the very best possible. Here, ORIS desires to be Denmark's leading chain, which for example means that all clinics have TRIOS scanners and that the personnel at all clinics are educated and trained in how to use them

The good life at the clinic: Another area we emphasise is the good life at the clinic and as our Director puts it, because it is a people business to work in the dental industry. Hence the social environment is also important to us. The motivation and enthusiasm for the work at the clinics must be the very highest - in other words, people must be whistling in the hallways.

The ORIS chain in 2030: at ORIS we desire to develop and meet the future as well prepared as at all possible. We have, in 2019, carried out a more substantive analysis of the dental market in Denmark, and how it will develop in the years leading up to 2030. One of the conclusions we have drawn is that we would like larger clinics, which can offer the patients all the specialisations in-house. At the same time, larger clinics can also contribute to us offering our employees corresponding opportunities for specialisation as well as the opportunity to become part of a professionally strong social fellowship.
