Associate Competency Development Professional

We are looking for an Associate Competency Development Professional who has extensive knowledge of the Trial Master File (TMF) and would like to be part of the transition to an electronic TMF anchored in the Veeva system.
About the department
The position is anchored in the Clinical Operations Office. We are a team of 14 dedicated colleagues with a shared interest in optimisation and competency building within Clinical Operations. You will be part of a sub-team in the department specialised in maintaining and developing the eTMF in Veeva.
The Job
In this role you will be responsible for the Helpdesk, supporting and facilitating the global end-users in the transition of the eTMF to the Veeva system. The system roll-out is in the early post-launch phase. You will be ensuring a profound introduction to the system, understanding amongst the end-users of the ongoing system updates and improvements and you wil take active part in a continuous system optimisation by collecting and providing feedback on functionalities and processes.
You will have a close and ongoing dialogue with end-users as well as eTMF Leads and take an active part in system training. As the system is constantly developing there will be ongoing releases hence a requirement for continuous learning, training and support. Strong stakeholder management skills will be a critical component of the job. You will work closely with the eTMF team working with the Agile methodology as part of the Veeva eTMF project.
Qualifications
You hold a BSc or an MSc within Natural Science with at least 2 years of experience from Clinical Operations or equivalent.
You possess in-depth knowledge of TMF and have a strong understanding of Clinical Operations processes in general. You are interested in and have a natural flair for IT and systems and ideally have experience with Veeva and its functionalities. Expertise within conducting internal training will be an advantage.
You have excellent training skills and enjoy sharing and translating your knowledge into useful learnings. You are service-minded, helpful of nature, engaged and have a can-do attitude. You thrive in a team, however finds it natural to take action and take full responsibility of own tasks. You have an ability to create network and interact seamlessly with people across skill areas and cultures. A customer-centred focus is a requirement andfluency in written and spoken English will be essential.
