ABOUT THE JOB
As a Supervisor in the banquet, you will support our Banquet Manager in taking care of the daily operations of the banquet department. You will be responsible for the execution of meetings, events and parties. You will lead a team of waiters, before the events with set up preparations & during the events with service and ensure that tour guests experience is flawless. You will be the in-house contact for our banquet guests and will assit them both with information related to their event, but also regarding the hotel facilities. In other terms, you will elevate all our guests. You will work closely with our dedicated Banquet Chefs. Due to the various types of events hosted at the d´Angleterre, the working hours vary and includes some evenings and weekends.
WE EXPECT
That you have experience from a similar position from the hotel or restaurant industry. You are responsible and driven, both when you work independently and with the rest of the team. It is important that you work in a structured way, are precise and can make things happen. You constantly focus on the needs of the guests by being proactive and reactive to any of their requests. You communicate at eye level with all departments and manage to lead the way and motivate the rest of the team around you. In other words, we imagine that with your energetic drive and your passionate style, you create visible results that make a difference to our guest's experience.
