Job description

• Working in a hotel or restaurant

Working areas

depending on the level:

• Restaurant management, organizing all matters concerning the efficiency in the restaurant, serving guests, complaint management, filleting, carving, flambéing, wine knowledge – semi sommelier
• Support of the restaurant manager in all areas
• Serving guests in the restaurant, cover the table, dump the table, pour the beverages, fulfill the wishes of the guests
• Assisting the waiter in all matters of the restaurant
• Bartender/mix cocktails according to standard
• Recipes or your own recipes
• Evening service
• Breakfast service
• Apres ski bar/service also outdoors
• Willingness to work in shift operation

Skills

• Apprenticeship for cook or Tourism School
• Professional qualification
• Good professional experiences required
• German language skills level B2 (the better the knowledge, the more advantageous)
• English knowledge

Working hours

• 8-9 hours per day
• 40-48 hours per week
• 5-6 days per week working

Working place

• Tyrol and Vorarlbergl, Austria

When?

December 2023 to the end of April 2024

Salary

• About € 2.200,- gross per month, about € 1.600,- net (depending on experience)
• Free Accommodation and meals
