Our purpose is to upscale next generation SOEC cell, component and stack production to our factory in Herning and beyond. You are passionate about machines and quality and thrive when setting high standards for how we work with production improvements and process quality. Ideally you have a mechanical, process or production engineer background with flair for working with industrial production and are experienced within product quality systems and quality management from a manufacturing point of view.Who we’re looking forYour focus will be to:

Support the production personnel in our ceramic SOEC cell production and ensure they are trained and follow standards and procedures.

Own and further develop our ceramic SOEC cell production process, based on LEAN and continuous improvement principles

Introduce new production equipment and processes to fit next generation products

Monitor and report on production performance metrics on a regular basis

Lead investigations into non-conformities or quality incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

Stakeholder management between suppliers, production, development and performance teams.
