We are looking for a talented candidate to fill the position as EA & Management Assistant to the CISO & Vice President of Global Information Security in Global IT. You will support the CISO and the rest of the management team in a wide range of tasks, including budgeting, coordinating management activities, driving organisational strategies, preparing and delivering reporting and much more. The position requires strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as a strong attention to detail.

About the department
Global Information Security consists of 50+ employees distributed across Denmark, USA and India. Global Information Security delivers core IT security infrastructure and IT security advisory services, while helping support the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.

Global IT is responsible for all major IT projects, systems, infrastructure and operations in Novo Nordisk. The Global Information Security organisation is mandated to secure the Novo Nordisk IT landscape, which covers more than 40.000 clients worldwide.

The job
As the EA & Management Assistant in Global Information Security, you will assist the CISO and the management team in driving the area’s cross-organisational strategy activities in accordance with the strategic targets. Additionally, you will have key tasks such as managing the area budget, managing Global IT activities on behalf of the area and personally assisting the CISO. You will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at several organisational levels.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, economics or similar. You have strong strategic, reasoning and analytical skills. You have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a flair for numbers and a solid experience in working in a global organisation.

You are self-motivated, result oriented, always raising the bar for yourself. You have strong cross functional- and cross cultural understanding, as well as excellent communication- and people skills. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility, have a high quality mind-set and are capable of maintaining an overview also under time pressure. You are highly independent, flexible and proactive. You are fluent in English (both in speech and in writing) and you are a skilled MS Office user with broader IT skills.
