About the department
You will join the Product Supply, Quality, and IT Finance team. We are responsible for a broad range of Financial Planning, Reporting, Business Controlling, Digital Finance, and production accounting tasks across Product Supply, Quality & IT.

The position
You will be part of the Business Finance Team in Product Supply, Quality, and IT Finance, which is a young and dynamic department with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels. Depending on your background, experience, and desires for development, the tasks of the position will vary.
The main objectives will be a balance of support to the Business Finance team of the PSQIT Finance organization, management support to the Vice President of the team, and cross-team initiatives in the department. You can expect to be involved in a wide range of tasks with varying complexity related to the Product Supply, Quality, and IT areas of Novo Nordisk, thereby getting exposed to a significantly important area of the company.
You will receive continuous feedback on your work, and we will support you in building a network inside Novo Nordisk beneficial to your professional and personal growth.

You are obtaining a Bachelor’s degree (3rd year) or a Master´s Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
As a person, you are outgoing and see yourself as an executor who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality of your deliverables.

- Providing high-quality stakeholder management
- Supporting in planning and coordinating
- Working on strategic deliverables (such as support in preparing presentations for area management meetings) and different financial metrics and tools with the aim of generating financial insights for strategic decision making
- Administrative and other Ad-hoc tasks
You will receive continuous feedback on your work, and we will support you in building a network inside Novo Nordisk beneficial to your professional and personal growth.
Practicalities:
- Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of an extension)
- Working hours: The internship position is flexible 25-37 hours per week
- Start date: as soon as possible
- A Danish full-time work permit is required
- Enrolment in a BSc. (3rd year) or MSc. is required
- Internships are remunerated if the study track allow
Qualifications
You are obtaining a Bachelor’s degree (3rd year) or a Master´s Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Willing to take part in and learn about complex financial processes with a “can-do attitude” and proactive communication attributes skills
- Strong and reliable team player, who can support, but at the same time challenge your teammates in the strategic decision making
- Intellectually curious with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
