The Position As Personal Assistant, you will enter a position where two days are not alike, and you will be an essential support to the CVP and six managers with a wide range of tasks such as:
  • Be a trusted adviser and go-to person
  • Drive the budgeting process and follow up with managers on budgets
  • Schedule and plan meetings and seminars
  • Provide support for managers in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks such as purchase goods and services, invoicing, travel planning etc.
  • You will work closely together with the CVP, the management team, the PAs in P&O Business Partnering area and across Global P&O. There is also an opportunity to take on the role as GDPR-responsible if this suits your talents. Qualifications We imagine that the right candidate for the position is an experienced Personal Assistant used to working with Senior Management teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Moreover, you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience with financial controlling and driving budgeting processes
  • A natural flair for IT and professional proficiency within MS Office and perhaps SAP, Coupa, Concur or similar systems

  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Can communicate effortlessly in English - both verbally and in writing. Danish skills are preferred.
  • Preferably an interest in and knowledge of GDPR
  • As a person, you must be able to prioritise and work independently and proactively. You thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment and take pride in delivering strong support and maintain good cooperation, also during times with high workload. Others describe you as service-minded and outgoing. About the Department As Personal Assistant you will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Training & Capability Building and be an integrated part of the Leadership Team. We consist of five departments with a total of 100 employees engaged in global training and capability building activities and part of Global People and Organisation (P&O). We are globally responsible for the healthcare-regulated training system and standards, as well as the more generic competence development in the Danish part of the company.
