Are you a passionate sustainability expert looking for an opportunity where you can build and shape a new and exciting role in the industry?Youwill be tasked to drive sustainability programs and ensure sustainability is anchored in Ramboll Energy.
As our new Sustainability Manager, your main responsibility is to drive the sustainability agenda in Energy by elevating know-how and culture. This is by among others developing and leading programs and projects to anchor sustainability as a top priority, initially focusing on awareness in the organisation and supporting our Key Clients.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Drive Energy to become a “thought leader” in sustainabilityCreating tools and process to support the businessSupporting Key Account and Key Client managers, you will driveworkshops internally and with clients.Sustainability reporting, Updating and supporting the business on the latest within EU Taxonomy, double materiality assessments, Science Based Targets etc.Lead projects and programs with various degrees of complexity that often span across several divisionsSupport the Ramboll Energy sustainability networkYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a sustainability consultant or in a company's sustainability department, preferably in a global companyStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication (English)Experience with executing and contributing to a range of projects simultaneouslyWelcome to our Energy divisionRamboll is at the forefront of addressing the green transition and offers a holistic approach to energy that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
