Do you want to be part of a team of professional Project Managers who deliver high-quality projects and monitoring of data across all our Danish sites and buildings? Are you ready to provide strategic space and occupancy management in support of short- and long-term supply and demand in a large and complex building portfolio in Denmark? The position As a Space Manager, you will deliver high-quality capacity planning and strategic space management within an office portfolio of 150.000 square meters which is rapidly growing and where activity and flexible-based seating is the way we work. Our current office portfolio is primarily based in Bagsværd, Gentofte, and Søborg and consists of a diverse building landscape, which requires a different approach in terms of space planning, and you are given the responsibility of the following (not exhaustive): Identify future requirements for workspace needs including utilization, growth forecasting, specialized requirements, employee and seat counts, and other requirements at organisation and department level Organizes all data analytics and space solutions into a solid presentation format, including option comparison, benefits, risks, and business impact Ability to develop supply and demand analytics, project concepts, migration, and expansion strategies on short, middle, and long term Interfaces with stakeholders to develop new scenarios for workplace solutions to manage growth, re-orgs, supply and demand challenges, and desired workplace changes Project management of larger relocation projects Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: 3-5 years of experience within interior design, space & occupancy planning and has completed a relevant degree such as bachelor’s and master’s degree in interior design, business, architecture or other relevant education Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a timely fashion Ability to apply creative and strategic solutions to solve business challenges, develop new ideas and to gain buy-in Creative thinking, willing to consider various solutions to a problem Flexibility to handle rapid change and multiple tasks at once Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in Danish and English, both orally and written, is necessary for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes On a personal level, you are very trustworthy, a team player and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. You are self-driven and able to set direction and impact within the context of a wider operational area. Furthermore, you have excellent planning skills and are used to working in a structured manner with an agile and proactive mindset even when the tasks become complex, and you experience some resistance. About the department We are around 230 employees in CFa based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv, and Kalundborg, managing ~2500 external employees. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark and are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining, and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property and delivering services to more than 20.000 Danish colleagues. The specific department CFa Site Expansion is located in Bagsværd and consists of 13 employees with a dedicated focus on coordination and planning of infrastructure, traffic safety and district plans, proactively coordinate and drive operationalisation of new buildings, manage space, workplace, and relocations and execute specific projects triggered by site growth, e.g. establishment of physical site security, central goods receptions, new roads, etc. The environment is relaxed and welcoming.
