Then this might be the job for you. We are looking for a new VP Assistant and Team Coordinator to primarily support three leaders within the Global Communication area – one VP and two directors. In the role of VP Assistant and Team Coordinator, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Global Communication. Your key areas of responsibility will be to provide personal assistant support with scheduling, meeting planning, travel and other ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, your job tasks will include other admin support, stakeholder management, and communication with internal/external vendors. You will participate in area and department meetings and ensure that meetings and off-sites are successfully planned and executed.
Qualifications We prefer that you have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within administration and speak English at business-level. Furthermore, to be successful in this role the following qualifications are beneficial: Experience with calendar and meeting coordination Experience with preparing meeting material, presentations, and internal communication Have the interest to learn financial controlling and budgeting Are IT savvy - you are well-versed in all Microsoft Office applications Thrive with change and experimentation Have experience working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and/or external agencies On a personal level, you are curious, well-organised and a proactive problem solver. You are a quick learner, and you take ownership on tasks. You work independently and you are used to thinking steps ahead and secure often complex coordination. About The Department Based in Bagsværd, Global Communication is a team of currently 50 people in four areas: Reputation & Corporate Brand, Content Strategy & Production, EVP Communication Partnering, and Media & Digital.
