Responsibilities Training: You will act asCloud Training Coordinator, supporting our Cloud Centre of Excellence where you will have the main role facilitating and coordinating the development and delivery of cloud-based training programs. We are in the need for great organizational skills as this will be a new initiative to proactively coordinate activities in the department and for key stakeholders. Communication Tasks : You will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication within the department and especially supporting the Cloud Centre of Excellence with communication to stakeholders across the organization. This involves drafting and editing emails, internal webpage updates (SharePoint), social media (Yammer) and other correspondence, as well as assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Ad Hoc administration and planning Support: A smaller part of the role will be acting as administrative support to Cloud & Corporate infrastructure and our Vice President, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and planning of strategic as well as training/team building event. You will also support the area making sure we have updated department binders and job descriptions as acting Training Coordinator. Qualifications: Experience with Training or event coordination from previous roles Proven experience in providing communication and administrative support, preferably in a corporate setting Strong English written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a keen attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion What we offer As Training Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals who are passionate about achieving excellence in their roles and the role will give you great insight into how we are running and agile transformation in IT infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 450+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure department responsible for the Cloud infrastructure, network architecture, operations and future development of the network in Novo Nordisk. The position is based in Bagsværd with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week.
