Do you want to bring your supply chain experience and digitalisation mind-set to help us transform our supply chain? We are on a journey of digitalising our supply chain even further, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Projects and Analytics team, enhancing Novo Nordisk’s collaboration with external partners.

The positionAs a Project Manager in the Logistics and Distribution department, you will play a key role in driving projects and critical to the success of our supply chain in collaboration with our stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and lead time in the project timelines and ensuring that projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Drive the onboarding of external partners in close collaboration with the central team and the local business areas.
  • Align and track activities required to secure transition into the to-be processes together with central team in the respective business areas affected.
  • Manage external partners as well as stakeholders across functions at different levels in Novo Nordisk.
  • Qualifications
    In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience from similar positions.
  • A master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT.
  • Experience with project management with the ability to communicate clearly, drive/move things forward and align expectations.
  • Lead and execute strategic projects within Logistics and Distribution
  • Structured, goal oriented, good at coordination and thriving with hands on.
  • A natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems.
  • Experience working with upstream supply chain processes such as planning, purchasing and warehouse processes and ambitions to gain insights within these.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.

You are known for your high motivation, engagement, and strong analytical skills. Finally, you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Furthermore, it is essential for you to be a team player who contributes constructively to the Project and Analytics team as well as the department.About the department
    Logistics & Distribution (L&D) is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing environmental footprint with financial impact. Furthermore, we are responsible for the storage of GXP products, including inbound and outbound distribution. We are a department of about 50 employees, divided in Projects and Analytics, Shipping Operations, Validations and Transport Control and PS Warehouse Center of Excellence (WH CoE).L&D is part of Supply Chain, a central Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and IT organisation in Product Supply (SC PSQIT), managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes, Finance, Quality and IT.
