As a Strategy & Communication Partner, you will work closely with the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the Management Team in driving key strategic initiatives in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP) unit. You will in close collaboration with the Management team lead the strategic processes and initiatives, ensure effective management meetings, and be part of cross-organizational projects in the area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
• Developing and driving communication plans and strategies that support the IFP AMPP organization's strategic objectives.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Providing guidance and supporting business units and departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and evaluating business performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action. You will be responsible for implementing new projects and initiatives. Also, you will communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and feedback on the progress. In this role limited amount of travelling can be expected. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development role preferably related to strategic planning.
• Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools; good understanding of AI-related tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and how it can be used to optimize processes and day-to-day tasks would be an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English.
As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Your problem-solving approach allows you to drive the change and improve processes. You understand the importance of clear communication, especially when engaging with various stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and ideally, you have an experience within global organization. About the department
We are a newly established organizational unit, IFP Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP). With almost 100 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. IFP AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk. With more than 9,000 employees, IFP is a truly global organization responsible for producing products for launches of all new diabetes and obesity products in Novo Nordisk supplying nearly 50% of the world’ insulin (for more information please visit www.novonordisk.com).
