Would you like to be at the forefront of Novo Nordisk's “Circular for Zero" green wave, by leading a growing team of specialist across the organisation? Are you a people person, and do you thrive in navigating and ensuring alignment in a complex stakeholder landscape? Then this is your chance to join as our new Manager. The Position You will join our growing department in Bagsværd, and you will, along with your team of specialist, be responsible for ensuring smooth energy reporting, designing and roll out of smart meter strategy and develop supply/demand forecasting on various types of energy such as power, steam, water, heating, cooling Etc. In this role, you will lead a growing team of specialists. Team currently consists of 7 employees (Engineers and Marine Engineers) You will also be part of the department leadership team which currently consist of 2 leaders. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Ensure continues smooth energy and CO2 reporting across Novo Nordisk Campuses in Denmark.
  • Drive engagement, motivation, and team development within your team and among relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in energy audits.
  • Promote an agenda focusing on innovations and continuous improvements.
  • Design and roll out of smart meter strategy.
  • You will be also responsible for optimising energy reporting/forecasting, data processes and concepts across your area of responsibility and in close collaboration with line of business areas through high degree of stakeholder integration and professional capabilities. You thrive in a complex stakeholder environment and drive communication and interact on various organisational levels, including presenting plans and business cases to higher management levels. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant field.
  • Possess 3+ years of people leader experience preferably leading specialists.
  • Have understanding of energy data and systems (a plus).
  • Have fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
  • You have excellent stakeholder capabilities and strong business understanding. We also expect you to be a calm, communicative and considerate person with a mindset to thrive in an ambitious working environment. You will have a strong conceptual thinking and interest in continuous improvements and will understand the bigger picture while focuses on the important details. About department You will be a part of the organisation Corporate Facilities (CFa) and daily you will work out of our department in Bagsværd, called Service Centre Bagsværd. Service Centre Bagsværd, consist of 2 teams. One focused on Operation and maintenance of campus utilities and the other one is focusing on energy. We are currently 15 people in the department and as our new Manager you will play a key role in ensuring stability and preparing for future ESG reporting demands in close collaboration with key stakeholders and other line of business areas.
