The position
As the Strategic Senior Project Manager in IFP Executive Office you will be responsible for scoping and executing strategic non-investment projects with an impact on the entire global network. You will work closely with members of the IFP Management team and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and manage project risks and mitigations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Defining, leading, executing, and implementing strategic non-investment projects
Developing strategic recommendations based on deep analytics and a clear thought process
Building and maintaining relationships in a challenging and dynamic environment with key stakeholders ranging from the SVP of IFP to the shop floor on the seven global factories in the IFP network
Taking part in shaping and defining best in class project management principles for the unit
In your daily work, you will build significant industry knowledge within the pharma sector and be exposed to senior management and a broad range of stakeholders. You will be working out of HQ in Bagsværd and directly reporting to the Director of IFP Executive Office.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree within a relevant field e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar combined with excellent communication, facilitation, and visualization skills
At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record within project management with a particular focus on succeeding in a complex stakeholder landscape
A strong toolbox from either management consulting, a similar recognized in-house strategy or PM office, or pharma industry
Experience with senior stakeholder interaction and ability to transform input and opportunities into concrete actions
Ability to break down complex problems with the systematic application of rigorous data-driven thinking
Professional proficiency in English

You have high quality standards and you have distinguished yourself for delivering impressive results throughout your previous work experience. Your solid skills and work ethics make you comfortable taking on challenging assignments, and you typically deliver beyond expectations. IFP Executive Office is a part of IFP Business Development and Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing area consisting of +50 people from approx. 18 different countries. The IFP Executive Office is responsible for driving the IFP strategy process and development, communication, strategic projects and executive support for the IFP management. To ensure IFP stays the competitive choice for Novo Nordisk and delivers robust performance, we need to partner with the business to support and enable business decisions – thereby impacting the strategic outlook and decisions for future actions.
