Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position In the role as a Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in GPAS. Your key areas of responsibility will be to support the senior director with tasks such as:
  • Planning and coordination of meetings and team offsites
  • Calendar management and travel bookings
  • Expense management
  • Actively participate in the GPAS Business Support team with 5 other assistants, supporting within business ethics/compliance, onboarding/offboarding and system support
  • Furthermore, your job tasks will include administrative support to the two directors heading up Sustainability Communication and ESG Data & Strategy reporting to the Senior Director as well as supporting the department with coordination and administrative tasks. Qualifications We are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant who thrives driving administrative processes and who can perform in the job with excellent collaboration skills. In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within administration and/or executive support
  • Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, Excel) and experience with SAP Concur
  • Skilled at preparing meeting material, presentations and internal communication
  • Strong communicational skills including excellent verbal and written English at business level
  • It is further an advantage if you have experience working with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk headquarters and affiliates as well as external agencies. On a personal level, you are curious, well-organised and a proactive problem solver, who approaches your tasks with a positive mindset and high attention to detail. You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with many and everchanging deadlines. You take pride in your excellent collaboration skills with many external and internal stakeholders. Last but not least, you manage to commit yourself at all levels of the organisation and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given nature of the position. About the department Based in Bagsværd, Global Public Affairs & Sustainability is a global team of 100 people in five areas: Global Health Equity, Global Access to Care, Corporate Environmental Strategy, Global Public Affairs and Patient Relations and ESG Strategy & Intelligence. And 12 colleagues based in our Global Business Service Center in Bangalore, India.
