Project Manager - Building Envelope ( Klimaskærm) Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in the building construction or maintenance? The position As a Project Manager - Building Envelope at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for: Juggling multiple maintenance projects on roofs and facades (building envelope) Ensure communication with stakeholders regarding maintenance plans and their financing. Maintain an overview for the department over a specifically defined geographic area of the portfolio. Maintaining and developing our position as the Centre of Excellence within building envelopes in Novo Nordisk. Driving excellent facility management in Novo Nordisk, using Dalux FM. Help coordinate maintenance work - inspection of roofs, fall equipment, facades, doors, windows, gates, window screens and damage service. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, as well as experience in practical work within the building industry Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, or as a building construction Architect (Bygningskonstruktør), preferable combined with a background as carpenter, masonry Fluency in both – English and Danish is required. A valid driving’s license. Knowledge of best practices in the construction industry. About the department The National FM Operations team is based in Bagsværd, Denmark and is responsible for delivering specific HARD FM services nationwide, for Novo Nordisk buildings and facilities in Denmark. We are the Centre of Excellence within building envelopes, ensuring compliance within the field.
