LEO Pharma is recruiting a Compliance Coordinator to join the Global Medical Affairs team. This position in Global Medical Affairs is located in LEO Ballerup.
The Compliance Coordinator is part of a highly motivated team of Global Medical Affairs staff with clinical, research and medical affairs experience. The Compliance Coordinator will positively contribute to our Global Medical Affairs by providing high quality coordinator/administrative support to the GMA function including:
Global Medical Affairs works in a matrix of highly professional and specialised colleagues within global functions, such as drug discovery, clinical development, medical department, regulatory affairs, patient access and marketing. A good partnership with corresponding functions and cross functional teams in regions and affiliates around the world is pivotal for our success.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in planning/coordination and possesses solid IT skills in general.
The candidate has strong communication skills and extended English skills (written and verbal).
The candidate must be a team-player with good interpersonal skills, appreciate the value of cross functional collaboration, be action oriented, pro-active and have a strong drive.

Challenges
The Compliance Coordinator is part of a highly motivated team of Global Medical Affairs staff with clinical, research and medical affairs experience. The Compliance Coordinator will positively contribute to our Global Medical Affairs by providing high quality coordinator/administrative support to the GMA function including:
- Coordinating the day to day Legal, Regulatory and Medical (LMR) processes outside and inside Promo-Mats to ensure compliance
- AAP (Activity Assessment Portal) activities are completed to the highest standard
- Drafting, tracking and archiving of contracts
- Coordinating the administration and completion of Health Care Professional (HCP) reimbursements
- Quality Management Systems Document Distributor/Key Business User
- GMA Data Protection Focal Point (DPFP)
- Assist other Department Coordinators when required.
