Do you want to play a key role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing area focusing on patients living with rare diseases and be a close sparring partner to the senior management group as well as to drive the key strategic initiatives? Then take on this unique development opportunity and apply for our newly established Executive Assistant role reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) area. The position As Executive Assistant, you will get the opportunity to be part of the BRD management team. You will in close collaboration with the senior management team lead the strategic processes and initiatives, drive the agenda for management meetings, and be part of larger cross organisational projects in the area. The main responsibilities will include:
  • Drive professional modus operandi around BRD management, e.g., by coordinating agenda and materials to make sure that strategic and operational topics are prioritised and followed up
  • Facilitate and drive BRD’s strategy policy deployment in collaboration with relevant senior stakeholders within and outside of the area
  • Manage larger projects across the area and proactively conduct analysis on behalf of the SVP and BRD management within BRD and across the value chain to enable timely and data driven decision making
  • Act as strategic front office for the SVP, as well as solving ad hoc tasks for the SVP as well as contribute to making BRD a great place to work
  • Qualifications You will be a great asset to the BRD management team because you have:
  • A solid business development toolbox from management consulting, business support, project management, or other relevant areas
  • Deep understanding of how to drive strategic processes and projects in a large organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills especially when it comes to collaborating with senior management and specialists
  • Proven analytical skillset combined with a proactive mindset that enables you to put analysis into timely actions
  • Full professional proficiency in English and a relevant academic degree
  • On a personal level you are curious and therefore constantly on the lookout for how to improve processes. You are a great collaborator, and you utilize your relationships with your stakeholders to achieve success in your projects and tasks.
