The position
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team. As an Investment Manager, you will be direct responsible for defining and successfully establishing the portfolio governance for investment projects in the Senior Vice President (SVP) area Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD).
This includes ownership of our investment portfolio governance meetings towards the senior management team and ensuring and maintaining a portfolio of investment projects that will close current and future gaps in capacity, capabilities, maintenance, and compliances.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Act as Secretariat of BRD Investment Portfolio Group (IPG) meetings and ensure continuous improvement of BRD IPG meetings including template updates and timing/execution of meetings.
• Prepare, coordinate, facilitate, and review materials to BRD IPG and Novo Nordisk IPG.
• Ensure a strong storyline for the link between capacity cost and investment cost.
• Plan and execute meetings with the local portfolio managers in Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas.
• Support Project Managers with financial inside and project governance.

You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• A M.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant academic degree.
• At least, 5 years of experience within portfolio- or investment management or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of investment projects and project execution models.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a professional, you will be open-minded, and you will work independently while building and maintaining relationships. You will have a structured, data-driven mindset and you will possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. As an ideal candidate you will also have proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Business Support in Biotech & Rare Disease is the team that supports our six global production sites with central functions such as Finance, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), LEAN, Strategy, and Communication. Based in Gentofte, we are more than 40 employees who, as partners and specialists, collaborate with our colleagues worldwide to produce medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We have a comprehensive overview of the entire business and drive change by always seeking hidden potentials and anticipating opportunities before they are lost and challenges before, they escalate.
