We are looking for a Junior HR colleague.
We have grown from a small basement operation to an international e-commerce organization with 160 people and sales in 29 different countries. In SkatePro every person is different, but our passion and goals are the same. We want to grow, support and inspire action sport as well as our colleagues.
As Junior HR in SkatePro, you’ll work with people with many different cultural backgrounds and therefore it’s crucial that your English level is good.
You’ll help shape the future HR processes in SkatePro and be involved with tasks such as job-post, recruiting, attracting talent and making sure people get a good start working here. You’ll have a big impact on our onboarding program and making sure it’s followed, executed and constantly improved.
Furthermore, you will be assisting with internal processes, follow up talks, improving our working environment and assisting our managers in developing their staff.
All in all, it’s a diverse and fun position, where you have a good opportunity to impact the organization and develop yourself while working here.
The job is executed at our headquarters in Søften, just north of Aarhus. We are aiming to find a candidate for the position as soon as possible so we can get going :)
