We are searching for a responsible Administrative Supporter to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in PPQC- support team, site Kalundborg. The position In this role, you will be offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of both equipment and administrative tasks, including: Maintain and ordering laboratory supply and chemicals. Responsible for a small warehouse of lab supply Stakeholder management for external providers of cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the high standards for the facilities. Equipment responsible for small automated equipment in the laboratory Furthermore, you will participate in several ad hoc tasks across the department according to business needs. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an administrative supporter or similar role Flair for IT. Knowledge of systems like Coupa, ICE, SAP, Concur and Das APP is an advantage. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English As a person you are service-minded and great at building relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. You work independently and take ownership of your tasks, and you enjoy collaborating with many different people to ensure a high quality in your work. About the department In Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), located in Kalundborg, we produce insulin and GLP-1 to help people living with chronical diseases like diabetes and obesity. In Purificarion plant (PP) in Kalundborg we purify the active ingredients which are the main component in many of Novo Nordisk’s products. The QC department in PP consists of 4 teams and consists of approximately 70 colleagues all in all.
