In the newly established role as LEAN Leadership Coach, you will join a newly established team focus on ensuring a LEAN leadership behaviour across our manufacturing sites. Our facilities are currently on a growth journey and LEAN is and will be one of our most essential tools on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients living with rare diseases. You contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our Associate Managers and Senior Managers on shopfloor and provide feedback. You will be part of a LEAN network across different manufacturing facilities where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain inspiration from others. In addition, you will get an extensive onboarding plan to ensure you understand of the lean toolbox. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
  • Experience in driving change management as well as good stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in driving leadership develop through tools such as coaching and feedback methodologies
  • Basic understanding of the lean tool, visual management and driving data driven decision making
  • Basic understanding of a manufacturing environment
  • A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in English
  • On a personal level, you are passionate about solving challenges by looking at human behaviour. You enjoy being at shopfloor an among your key stakeholders. You take pride in working systematically and in a structured approach that enables you to keep track of progress and plan further actions. Your communication skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. You are eager and enjoy finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenge the current ways of working. About the department
    Our team is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products Gentofte and Værløse area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 725 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
