Opportunity
We offer a super exciting role where you will be accountable for a wide range of administrative functions including; scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting, preparing material and presentations for senior audience and executive stakeholders.
You have experience in running events such as townhalls/offsites and socials.
You will also be a positive contributing force for continuous improvement of the team’s performance including supporting recruitment, training, culture, and operating model.

Key Responsibilities
Based on an understanding of business scope, requirements and culture, ensure a highly professional and smooth assistance to the Head of M&A and the team thereby contributing to an effective, professional and engaging M&A organization that is an engine for APMM’s transformation.
VP support:
- Ownership of calendar
- Prepare and make material ready for meetings/events
- Gate keeper
- Act as bridge between leader, team and stakeholders
- Plan and execute travel activities
- Invoices/TEM
- Responsible for minutes/actions
- Support ad hoc projects e.g., event planning
- Trusted partner in culture and team development
VP team support:
- Maintain Teams sites
- Run offsites
- On- and offboarding of colleagues
- Support recruitment
- Support continuous improvement of the operating model
- Support training activities
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have solid experience from a similar role – with a proven track record and a can-do attitude.
You are pro-active and efficient, and you are an excellent communicator who enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
You have solid project management skills, and you are flexible in your way of working – and not afraid of being a challenging partner to your stakeholders.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, good judgement – and trust is your “middlename”.
