Metro Service will be the first company in the public transportation sector in Denmark to become ISO 55001 certified. Lead the implementation of ISO 55001
We are in the process of becoming ISO 55001 certified, and we are aiming for certification in the middle of 2024. We need a dedicated asset management enthusiast to help us finalize the certification, start and continue our journey towards Asset Management excellence. We are on this journey in Partnership with Metroselskabet (Asset Owner), EY Denmark and Reli Asset who are providing Asset Management Expertise and implementation support.
As our new Asset Management Consultant, you will also be responsible for:
• Take lead on the journey towards Asset Management Excellence.
• Responsible for the Asset Management system and its interfaces towards e.g. ISO 9001 & 27001
systems to have a coherent integrated Management system.
• Developing and implementing standardised processes, policies, and procedures in collaboration with
the business.
• Providing training and coaching on asset management principles.
• Facilitate and conduct management reviews to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the
ISO 55001 system.
In addition, you will become the system owner and will be responsible for maintaining compliance, policies, and documentation, as well as conducting internal audits and facilitating management reviews of the ISO 55001 system.

The Project & Assets department was established in summer 2023 after combining former Project & Engineering and Digital Asset Management Departments. We are on a mission to make projects a part of our company DNA to accommodate the needs for Strategic Projects, implementation of an increasing portfolio of Digital projects and Overhaul of components in the metro systems as it’s turned 20.
Experience with Asset Management and ISO 5500X standards
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have in-depth knowledge, understanding of asset management principles and ISO 5500X or PAS55 standards as well as proven experience in implementing asset management systems or preparation for implementation of practices within organizations.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:
• A Candidate or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A good overview and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration and influence across
all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in using asset management software and tools e.g. Copperleaf C55 suite and/or
SAP PM/MM.
It is an advantage if you are certified in asset management, such as Diploma from the Institute of Asset Management and have previous experience in the Rail sector.
Furthermore, we emphasise that you are detail-oriented and analytical in your approach, ensuring that we do not lose anything along the way. Additionally, if you are proactive and good at delegating tasks, so that we are always one step ahead and include everyone, we believe that we can achieve great success.
