About the job
Metro Service is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the existing CISO team, with reference to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Overall, you will be responsible for cyber- and information security for both the Copenhagen Metro and for the new Lightrail (Letbanen).
Together with the CIO and the rest of the IT department, you will drive the daily CISO work including the daily cyber- and information security work including NIS2, CER, AI Resilience Act, GDPR and other safety and security requirements.
You will cooperate closely with the rest of the organization within Metro Service with focus on operation, maintenance, safety and security. Metro Service is expected to be NIS2 applicable from the beginning of 2025, and to start the implementation of CIS18 soon, why it is expected that you have knowledge and interest helping us in our goal of implementing both.
As a Chief Information Security Officer, the job will include these main areas:
• Lead and mature the CISO team which is growing and will end up consisting of 6 employees
• Secure contractual and regulatory cybersecurity compliance.
• Advise key stakeholders including directors, managers and subject matter experts
• Portfolio responsible for cybersecurity projects
• Participate in national and international cybersecurity forums
• Be part of the IT Department management team
• Secure a high level of cyber- and information security for both IT, OT and IoT.
• Deliver even better services to our client and partners
As a Chief Information Security Officer, your main tasks will be to:
• Ensure Metro Service CISO team incident response, recovery, business impact analysis and business continuity plans are always updated
• Align with DPO and GRC responsible regarding GDPR, NIS2, CER, AI Resilience.
• Ensure CIS18 level 3 is implemented and maintained.
• Hardening of IT, OT and IoT network in accordance with ISO27001, IEC62443, CIS18 and best practice.
• Advising, reporting and documentation of cyber- and information security
We expect that you
• hold at least an IT bachelor or possible master’s degree. You have minimum 5-10 years of work experience as Chief Information Security Officer
• are fluent in English, possible in Danish, both oral and written with strong skills in reporting and documentation including policy work.
• are able to work strategical, operational, tactical, and technical with cyber information security
• have strong communication and facilitation skills
• don’t stress were lack of policies or processes are not documented
