At Bureau Veritas Denmark you will become part of an interesting and international marine environment, where independence is valued and opportunities for personal and professional development and growth are provided.
Your overall focus will be on administrative tasks in our Customer Support Centre, where you will ensure the smooth running of operations by among other reviewing, dispatching, and filing inquiries, assisting with requests for surveys, and follow-up with stakeholders.
Tasks may also include invoicing, filing, maintaining, updating files and databases, and other data handling assignments. If time allows you will also provide administrative support to other marine departments in our office.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure all tasks are handled in the stipulated format and timeframe.

Through your analytical flair and ability to take on a solutions-oriented approach you help in prioritizing customer and stakeholder satisfaction, in ensuring the need to address evolving needs and expectations.
With varying tasks and several of these, it is important that you have the capability to prioritize your work depending on the importance and urgency. Communication skills are also highly valued and sought after for this role, as collaboration and the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is paramount.

Lastly, we are looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid residence permit in the EU (for non-EU citizens) and live or wants to live in or around the Copenhagen area.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish, or other Scandinavian languages.
- You are a skilled Excel user and able to keep up with multiple IT-systems and continuous digital changes.
These qualities collectively contribute to a professional who can navigate the complexities of technical information and quality management. You are committed to doing your job well and have a “can-do” attitude.
