The candidate

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
• Has a good level of Danish and English (both verbal and written)
• Likes to work in a fast pace environment and with various systems
• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills
• Is able to work in shifts (morning, day, and evening shifts as well as weekends)
• Has previous experience in customer service (at least 2 years)

Responsibilities:

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
• Is responsible for card support and account administration;
• Manages new orders and registrations;
• Advice our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers
